Fear God.

God is huge. He is power. He is the ONE. He reigns. He is good!

In Isaiah (8:13) it says "Do not fear anything except the Lord Almighty. He alone is the Holy One. If you fear him, you need fear nothing else."

If we know that he is the one true thing to fear then nothing else that could possibly come across our tracks could ever frighten us.

God first all the way and we will be more than ok... ;)

Hehe I love God!

Hope is not lost

Hope. Waaa what a strong word.
A while ago I had a thought when I was writing a little birthday comment to someone...

What I started to type was... I “hope” you have a good day... but then I was like no... there is no reason to not have a good day so I began to retype the sentence saying... “have” a good day... I thought about it and I was like no, “hope” is better, because I can hope for them that they will have a fabulous day!

Hope is so powerful. There is always hope. Hope is empowering and exciting.
...These three things remain... faith, HOPE and love.

Don’t dismiss the hope that you know exists. “Faith is being sure of what you hope for and certain of what you do not see.”

So, it’s like you have faith that they will have a good day. That’s choice.!

I love that we can stand strong for people around us. If one friend is down and feeling discouraged, we can come alongside them and boost them up with the faith and hope that we have within us, for them! Waa, how neat is that, that we can be a light for people who are feeling off track.. We are all in this together! Don’t shut yourself out. We love you! There is Hope for you. WE will hold the Hope for you, you can do it :)

Way beyond myself.

I've been thinking it's about time to win the war that fights against all the lies invading my mind. You have brought me to my senses. Even though you built this world to shake, you still love me in a personal way, so, I think it's time to leave my doubt behind. There's so much more than meets the eye or what's going on inside, I believe in something way beyond myself!

Like the wind that moves the leaves Lord, You move me to my knees. I believe in something way beyond myself! Oh the way we build our empires hoping to impress our friends we've forgotten how to inspire those who fall to rise again. Oh my God, You've built this world to shake you still love me in a personal way, so I think it's time to leave my doubt behind.

Storms are gonna come my way, I know some things are out of our control... but there's a hope beyond myself! It's You and You will never let me go. Now I want my life to show you got me thinking beyond myself. Way beyond myself!

There's so much more than meets the eye or what's going on inside. I believe in something way beyond myself. Like the wind that moves the leaves Lord, You move me to my knees, I believe in something way beyond myself!!!

Lord of Lords.

Beholding Your beauty is all that I long for, to worship You Jesus is my sole desire. For this very heart you have shaped for your pleasure, purposed to lift Your Name high!

Here in surrender in pure adoration I enter Your courts with an offering of praise! I am Your servant come to bring you glory, as is fit for the work of your hands.

Now unto the Lamb who sits on the throne be glory and honour and praise; all of creation resounds with the song, worship and praise Him the Lord of lords.

Spirit now living and dwelling within me, keep my eyes fixed ever on Jesus' face, let not the things of this world ever sway me, I'll run 'til I finish the race!

Now unto the Lamb who sits on the throne be glory and honour and praise. All of eternity echoes the song, worship and praise Him, the Lord of lords.

Holy Lord you are holy, Jesus Christ is t h e Lord. Now unto the Lamb who sits on the throne be glory and honour and praise. Call all the sinners to join in the song, worship and praise Him the Lord of lords!

People Person Someone.

People who do not dress modestly could be looked upon as people who do not respect themselves or the people around them. People who ignore the feelings of others do not help them to stand strong and pure. Why then do people dress un-modestly? Do they want to feel loved so draw attention to themselves like that? They will only get attention from the wrong people, people who do not encourage them but rather take advantage of them. No one can appreciate us quite like God; no one can fulfil our needs other than God. We need to focus on Jesus, the light bearer the one who provides security and boldness. If our eyes are gazing on Jesus we won’t need acceptance and reassurance from the ones around us. God is all we need; God first. That’s the number one commandment. With God first everything pans out. When God is first everything will fall into place. Thank you Lord for a sound mind, a mind like Christ. Thank you that we hold Your glory and we have the opportunity to show people how much you mean to us through the way we dress and the way we live. Thank you that that doesn’t hinder the fun we can have! You are soooo fun and we can have all of that!!!!!

Beautiful.

Ahhh God is so beautiful. He always knows what is going on and he is so good. Far he blows my mind...

I love it when he walks you through things - taking things at a pace which you can handle. I love it how he makes you all mushy inside and he loves to give you examples and bring it ‘down to earth’ so you can understand, haha thanks God!

This afternoon I felt like doing a little drawing – God led me through it (prophetic!) While I was enjoying spending time with him I youtubed a song that I wanted to find and guess what... the words in that song, matched my drawing - haha nice one God! After that he prompted me to look at the song from different perspectives and downloaded encouraging constructive things for me to work on daily. Pure genius our Lord is! hehe

Opening ourselves to Holy Spirit is amazing, you learn lots, are at peace and just feel so good, plus have fun! :D

Jesus wins!

All who

All who do evil hate the light and will not come to the light, because it will show all the evil things they do. John 3:20

How then do we get people to the light?

God as number one

I just want to follow God and help him do his works. If that is all I want to do then how happy will I be when I am pursuing that. God knows the desires of my heart and if I want something else, he will bring that/them in at the right time; a time where that/they will work together for my good. Wow. How great is our God. Putting God first and trusting him to do the right thing at the right time can sometimes be a challenge. I don’t know why though because he is SO good, he is faithful every time; we will never lack. I love my God! God as number one is the best way to go!

He makes me weak in the knees, literally!

Kari Jobe - You are for me.

Have you ever been judged? How did it feel? It really isn't an awesome feeling huh. Judging is only acceptable by one person, and that's God our Father. Why, because he is the only one that knows everything; the truth. He knows our hearts intentions and motives, things that others don’t even think of or observe. Can you do that? He makes the right calls at the right times. He quietly draws us near to him and in that place of grace and love, he reveals the truth to us. Having marinated in his goodness and truth we are not able to contain our non-righteous ways any longer. He loves to show and teach us things and he is always speaking to us. All we have to do is turn around and see that he is right there waiting for us to fling ourselves into his arms. He will never leave us nor forsake us! Sometimes the Father takes the stance of 'pretending' that he doesn’t know something, just so we will run to him, lay things down and share them with him. He is a jealous God. He just wants our love and attention. Don’t shut him out!!! Our God is so good, he doesn’t condemn us in anyway. Be encouraged, He moves in grace and love. How can we resist him?!

Everybody knows somebody

Everybody knows somebody.

Imagine the impact we would have in showing such love and kindness to one specific person at all times. Either through gifts, quality time, acts of service, gentleness, or speaking kind truthful words to them.
They would be so blessed/inspired and encouraged that they would also do the same for someone else that they have in their life.
The cycle would be epically beautiful.

- "Even if you are just a nobody, you know somebody!"

Being faithful in the small leads to being able to be faithful in the large. Your small 'one rain drop' in the dessert can lead to a fresh spring rain later on, if you are constant.

You have the ability to do much! Being faithful is the key, start out small, see what happens!
:-D

Will you act towards that one person you know, today?

The little things matter!

I think it's really important to try our best in everything we do.

Today at work I had to put labels on these bottles, I kinda just flung them on there (didnt really worry about making them real straight. After I had finished and filled the bottles up with goodness, the boss came over to me and checked them out. "Let's make these labels straight aye. This is the worst thing for technicians, you would fail at being a technician, badly." - *Continues to drag the stinkness on for a while longer...* (LOL, I was thinking, what the heck! I actually think that was the first time someone actually insulted me like that, EVER! I laughed to myself because of that, and thought, just as well im not wanting to be a technician then, huh! haha oh dear!)

It just made me think, there may be things that dont worry you and you may think you dont have to be perfect there, but I think it is so important to give it your all in that area anyways.

-"In all the work you are doing, work the best you can. Work as if you were doing it for the Lord, not for people!"

The way I am

Was waiting for a friend to arrive the other day and was listening to a song. I decided that i'd listen really closely to the words instead of getting so caught up in the rhythm!

"*I aint got no money, I have no money to go on a date.. cant even by you flowers, but together we could be the perfect soul mates!
-We can work without the perks just you and me
*I don't need the cheese or the car keys, I like you just the way you are
-I ain't got no Visa, I ain't got no Red American Express, We can't go nowhere exotic, It don't matter 'cause I'm the one that loves you best!"

As I was listening, it came to my attention, Wow, why dont we love people for who they are now; not just loving them with the expectation that they will change later.

It's just like, when we focus on God all the extra things will fall into place. But by then when the extra things fall into place, we dont even care about them because we are so wrapped up in the relationship that we are in with him!

So, it's cool to be treated sometimes as it makes things bonus special, but if we have our relationship downpacked first, the lil gifts after are so much more special because it doesnt matter about the quality of gifts as they are gifted out of love! So cool.

Of course, in relation to God and our personal relationsip with him, when we are wrapped up in his love, if there is wrong in our lives we want to change!

Let's love with no exceptions! And with no excpetions judge others; for the way we judge, is the way we will be judged in return.

Let's love others the way God loves us, how strong will things be then. God is everywhere! Love-Love!

Respect your elders.

OHOHOH!

I’m so blessed to have the coolest grandparents on both sides.
Yesterday being around my pop and nan, I had a fresh revelation of how flippn amazing they are and meanwhile got blown away by God in the midst of it.
God, has totally totally got things right! This generational structure of people can be so beautiful. Grandparents have grown up ahead of us and from being older and through experience they have SO much to offer the younger generations.
God has put them ahead of us to help us, to stretch us, to pray for us, and SO much more.
Have you taken the time lately to spend time with your grandparents?
Hearing about my nan and pops adventures with the Lord was so inspiring and made me think, you definitely cannot ever stop growing and learning in the way that you'll become perfect.
God's grace is so evident, everywhere, and it makes me weak just thinking about it. Who are we to receive so much goodness?
It truly goes to show that God loves us WAY (too) much ;)
He's such a good GOOD daddy, and I feel so HONORED to be apart of it all.
WOW God.

Producing, dun-dun-dun...

"Every seed will produce more of its own kind of plant" Genesis 1:11

What seeds are we sowing and leaving behind?
Seeds can be sown by the wind, a travelling voice, through a memory, an action or a word.
-Words have the power to destroy or bring life. Proverbs 18:21

What are we filling ourselves with? Because that's what we will produce; I'm hoping good things, Godly things!

God powers our every movement; He is our breath and our strength. Let's bring the glory and honour back to him by following his ways and filling ourselves with good things. So, in every movement all the glory and honour can be given back to our king...You never know who is watching!

But, we do know one thing.... God sees; he sees all things!

We need to realise the power that is behind everything we do, it can be either good or bad. We ourselves have the choice to respond in ways that are uplifting or discouraging. Someone else doesn’t have the power to make us act, that's our choice! Let’s choose wisely in how we respond, as we will be accountable for our responses when we meet with God.

Woah.

give or get

“We are filled to be emptied again, the seed I’ll receive I will sow”

This is SO true!

...God gave first. Now it is a never ending road where everyone receives or is it gives to another person, so that we can be filled and emptied again. So, I think both are just as important as the other!

You see, most people love to give, but find it hard to receive back. However, if we don’t receive back, then how can somebody give? If we rob people of giving, then we won’t receive, and in turn we won’t be able to sow the seed that person sowed into us. It’s ok to be blessed! Praise the Lord, its part of helping each other out.
Joshua 19 verse 9 says that “the land of the Simeonites was taken from part of the land of Judah. Since Judah had much more land then they needed, the Simeonites received part of their land.”

God truly blasts us with his goodness, SO MUCH, that we have MORE than we need, so that we can share!!

“I want nothing less than more of you, Jesus!”

Things that make you go, oooh.

So I had this revelation of God’s awesomeness, once again! - God is good!!

Well, I was chatting to a friend and they were sharing something that made me think, WOW, God really does use sinners to do his work... Why?

Ah!

I was like wait on, I am a sinner too. Like I don’t mean to be, but it’s just something that goes on with everyone. Then I thought woah, in my eyes someone’s sin could look WAY big and bad, compared to something 'little' that I’ve done. But do you know what, God classes all sin as the same, no matter how huge or little it may seem. God can truly use anyone and everyone, and he does! He chooses to use us even though we are sinners. It’s so cool because we are not perfect, but HE is; and He is in us! We are perfect in his sight! There is no one left out, and nobody that he isn't following. We are ALL his favourites!
So don’t let sin hold you back from powering on with God! Don't let the devil rob you of witnessing the glory, and being such an important piece of our Christly body; working together as ONE!
Oo, and that verse about noticing the dirt in someone else’s eye but not noticing the big log in your own eye is so hard out. Like if we don’t focus on the faults of others but by God's grace and love work on removing the log in our own eye then we can have so much love for one-another. Come-on love! In love there is unity and fun! God likes fun :) - Love over powers!!!

OH, hello new day!

Evening passed, and morning came. This was the fourth day. Genesis 1:19

Whoa, whoa, whoa, this is like the coolest verse!
Do you know why?

Well, firstly I thought well God you put every verse in the bible because it is important to you. So what does this simple verse show us? Bam! – Everyday is a complete NEW day and everyday is filled with new different amazing things from God. Look at the whole chapter, the first day God created the sky and the earth. Then he said “let there be light”! And there was light! God saw this was GOOD so he separated it from the darkness! Evening passed, and morning came.

The second day arrived; God divided the water with air, calling it sky. Evening passed, and morning came.

The third day God gathered the water under the sky together so there was some dry land, he called that earth. God saw that this was GOOD! Then he said “let the earth produce plants” the plants did wonders, he saw this is GOOD. Evening passed and morning came!

The fourth day, God said “Let there be lights in the sky to separate day from night. And it happened. God saw that ALL these things were GOOD!

The fifth day; God said “let the water be filled with living things, and let birds fly in the air above the earth.” God saw this was GOOD. Evening passed and morning came.

The Sixth day; God said “let the earth be filled with animals.” God saw this was GOOD...then he said, let us make human beings in our image and likeness. God looked at everything he had made, and it was VERY GOOD. Evening passed and morning came!

On the seventh day, the sky and the earth, and all that filled them were finished. God rested. God BLESSED the seventh day and made it a holy day.

So!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Every morning/new day had something completely new but really awesome in it! Don’t you see that a new day is a NEW day? You CAN wake up and feel refreshed, you can ask for more of God and he will download to you! You can be encouraged, filled with inspiration and creativity towards projects, and just feel the love! Our God is an awesome God, he reigns! God’s grace is SO strong! Let’s be thankful and live the way he wants us to! Worry freeeeeeeeeeeee!!!!!!! All we need to do is just completely turn to God in all that we do and our plans will be successful and our strength will be renewed. Cast you cares and anxieties to the Lord as he cares for what happens to you! TRUST, TRUST, TRUST is the key! He only has good plans for us; far out, GOOD plans!

If we are not faithful, he will still be faithful, because he cannot be false to himself. 2 Timothy 2:13

Trust the lord with all your heart, and don’t depend on your own understanding. Proverbs 3:5

No one can measure the height of the skies or the depth of the earth. So also no one can understand the mind of a king. Proverbs 25:3

AHHH thank you God for the obvious new grace that you have gifted us with each and every new day. Thank you that it will never run dry. Thank you that it’s not based on our strength but from your pure goodness and love that you have towards us. Aren’t we spoilt!!!

Here is a little sing song along that I wrote the other day :)

It’s a new day
There’s a new grace.
I’m walking to the father...

I’m walking to the father...
No I’m running, running fast.
I am hungry and in need
Jesus help me please.

The grace the grace the grace, the compassion
Sheesh it tears down my weak walls
He slobbered his love on them
and now they have fallen to the floor

I love it how when he shows up, things get fine
The peace he brings just blows my mind!
Bringing the joy back doesn’t need to take time
Boom there’s a new grace
Don’t you see the new day has arrived!

The grace the grace the grace, the compassion
Sheesh it tears down my weak walls
He slobbered his love on them
and now they have fallen to the floor

There is a new grace every morning I arise
Just look to his face
He will grace you with grace
And kick the worries aside!

The grace the grace the grace, the compassion
Sheesh it tears down my weak walls
He slobbered his love on them
and now they have fallen to the floor

Mercies, his mercies endure forever
Mercies, there’s so many of them
Mercies, whoa the intensity of his majesty

It’s a new day
It’s a new day
It’s a new day
IT’S A NEW DAY!

...Dont you see the grace?

:)
Bless you guys!!

Light and its beauty

God is light. We are made in his image. We are light too!

What does light do?
It eliminates darkness. It is bright. It brings joy and freedom. It gives you direction; with direction there is hope, hope for the future! We HAVE a future in God. How cool is that!

If we are light too, then we can also be such major influences! Have you ever thought about the fact that we can be the only bible some people will ever read? If people interact with us what do they take away from that? How do people read us?

God’s beauty is in the light! That means we are beautiful TOO! Let’s walk in light and let it captivate the people around us! Show them your true beauty and God’s beauty will shine brightly too! Isn’t beauty beautiful! :)

Beauty is in creation too! God has plans for all that he has made and for all that he does. He makes all things work together for our good! WOO! I love looking around and seeing his glory shining brightly! How ‘bout taking some time to admire his beauty, it sure is breath-taking! Wow God!

I would post pictures of his majestic formations and designs but they truly do not bring justice to experiencing them first hand! Let’s be thankful and appreciate all that the day brings! Even the small things, small things are sometimes very huge!

I love standing in awe of God’s goodness. He is so good! Yay God! :)

What Giant?

Something freaky to me that has come to my attention today like really come to my attention is THAT...

In order to get anywhere I am going to have to believe in myself and I really stand up and represent what I believe in. That is SCARY! I like to just go with the flow and be awesome there. :-P

The intense thing for me though is the part when being loud and speaking up requires that people hear me. That mega frightens me because what if I don’t say the right thing and people don’t agree with me... oh the confrontation that will come from that! Ahhh, run away!!

In stepping up and out I will be bound to make mistakes but they will only make me stronger and help me to learn more! Then I’ll know for next time! ;) The cool thing is that I have something that other people need. So who am I not to be bold and share what I’ve got?

Whoa how merciful is our God? He is our audience, just the one. He is cheering us on and he encourages us if we slip up, to keep going. Wow the love! Who can love like he does? In the security of his love there is no way that we can be embarrassed or put off. Focus on him and seek him for help every step of the way. He is willing! Oh so willing. Run to him, he is so comforting! Ahh...

David is such a cool example of stepping out! “He took his stick in his hand and chose five smooth stones from a stream. He put them in his shepherd’s bag and grabbed his sling. Then he went to meet the Philistine” (1 Samuel 17:40).

He brought what he had and what he could offer; he relied on God for the rest.

"By His mighty power at work within us, He is able to accomplish infinitely more than we would ever dare to ask or hope" (Ephesians 3:20).

People may try and discourage you but we come to them/that situation “in the name of the Lord All-Powerful” (v45). We WILL triumph and glory will be given to our God through our actions and words! Wow! How cool is that, God will totally fill in the rest; we just have to walk boldly up to our giant and see the wonders that God does. I love that he can and will do that. In our weakness he is STRONG!

Yay God!

...Thank you for helping me through semester B! :-D

Flipping frogs.

I love how God doesn’t just satisfy you but he gives you OH so much more so that you are overflowing!

I have been on one huuuuge adventure these last 9 days and boy am I stoked to be home now to share it with all of you guys!!!!

God filled me SO much that I honestly couldn’t take anymore. I had to share it before there was room to receive more from God. God is one giver!
One thing that really jumped out to me was the fact that giving is an act of showing the worthiness of which something is to you. Far out, I was like I want to give my ALL to and for God, he IS so worthy! Worthy of my praise, of my thoughts and of my all.

God has totally wrecked me when it comes to the lost youth. The shepherd had 100 sheep, he was rounding them up and counted 99, there was ONE missing. He left all 99 of the sheep and went off into the distance to search for that one sheep. God has a plan for everyone, nothing that anyone does or thinks ever goes unnoticed. He cares so much. And you have a future in him! He had it for you before you were knitted together in your mother’s womb.
Man youth are so important and I just want to be there for them, in the fun times but also in the learning, stretching and growing times. God is so good!
Can I get an AMEN?! :-P

An opportunity that I got to experience was I got to play the guitar and lead a group into worship. To think I used to be super shy! Haha Yeah God! He had previously placed me in a situation where I got to sing with two people, since that night I have stepped out with many other people and sung with them too! I love it! Each step that I have been involved with has been essential in the leading forth to my stepping out and opening myself up to God using me! I love singing and I love how God uses what we love to do, for his kingdom and glory. All we have to do is be willing and through listening to him our joy will set others free.
I really was smacked with the intensity that the smallest thing can lead to something MEGA huge. Oh there are so many testimonies on times like these. It is so exciting!

Another thing that I love is that when serving in an area we should love the things that we are involved with and not just serve with the undercover intentions of moving up and into a higher position. God wants to see that we are faithful with the small and when his right timing comes he will increase the area of influence and it will be way amazing and such an honouring move.
God has not made us to conform to the world and the friends/environment around us but to SHINE and to STAND OUT. No one is the same and we each have something that other people around us need.

Praise is Holy name in every circumstance as even if you don’t feel it, the words chanted and sung are breaking the evil plans set against you. God is so powerful. Don’t settle for the faith that you have with God now, keep searching and asking him for more and for him to keep revealing the goodness of himself to you. The amazing plans that he is unfolding in people’s lives every moment are incredible! God hears all things and everything prayed to him aren’t missed. Ask and you shall receive! If not straight away, he is working on it! Wahoo!

Another thing that I love is having alone times with God! He is so beautiful. He knows exactly what you love and like and he loves to woo you and share things with you! When I was walking along the beach I crouched down and noticed a gleaming shell. I picked it up and it wasn’t the best looking shell but it was covered in salt and it shined like no other! I got thinking about the verse that WE are the salt of the world, God brings the flavour through us and it is so attractive and through God’s goodness and love he makes us perfect. Wow! So cool and special!
Sheesh. Jesus is SO attractive!!! I love seeing God take over someone’s body, feelings, thoughts and actions, he shines SO bright. When looking to him or at someone who has him, everything doesn’t matter... God completely captivates you and you are in AWE! Whoa the madness of the goodness of God! Woo!

I also really enjoyed spending the last week with a friend and growing with her, and truly forming a beautiful friendship! God doesn’t want us to do life alone. The devil likes to isolate us so we cannot be encouraged and move in our full potential. It is so important to seek help if you need it and to share things with people you trust around you. Unity people, that’s what it’s all about. The devil can’t kick us down if we are all linked together and focussed on the one true God! Woo!

I love how Katrina and I missed a session of outpouring in the conference and sat in a cafe and talked about the goodness of God, I love that through that and sharing our experiences and journeys with the Lord, we were able to form a deeper and more valuable friendship. I love that Katrina has something to share with me and me with her! I love that we are so similar but SO different! I love that God has put common interests into our lives so that we can deepen those interests together! I love that God cares and that he has given encouraging people to me to help me out in everything I do! I love that in seeking God and spending time with him everything else falls into place. I love that I don’t have to worry about everything because he works all things together for my GOOD! Come on! Isn’t he good! Haha

I love that we attempted to do an all-nighter and at 5.30am Katrina wanted to “rest her eyes” in which from there, there was no hope! I love how the next morning after we wanted to get up and watch the sun rise and when the alarm went off Katrina didn’t move and after the fourth time of hearing the alarm going off she said “TURN IT OFF!” haha I love how at 4am we wrote a random song which was actually pretty awesome and that the other people in the house could faintly hear our guitar playing... opps! I love that we were able to laugh about mostly everything in which helped us to not become aggravated and meant the week flowed so amazingly by! I love that we can share everything to each other which also made the week so awesome!

I loved that the weather was magically stunning for pretty much the WHOLE week and I was amazed by it EVERY day! I love that the clouds actually resembled a finger print at one stage! Woo! I love that before the whole adventure started I was able to spend time with Philly, Michelle and Marni. How we woke up on Saturday morning and went to the beach in our pyjama’s and had a hot drink! I love that Philly is so generous, inviting and giving. I really appreciate all that you did/do for us Philly! I love that we went and stood in freezing cold water and collected muscles for lunch which then got spiced out but were yum yum! And how we went rock hopping and decided to randomly jump off the rock into the crisp amazing water. Yay Philly! I love going on adventures with YOU!!!!
I love how we made our way to the next destination and got to spend time with Dana and Libby! How cool are they! I loved how they came into our room in the morning and were so excited to talk to us... they didn’t realise we had only had 3 hours sleep, but that was cool! I loved leading devotion and singing songs on the beach with Katrina and singing an item during the church service with Jess, and hearing all the amazing things the girls shared on Sunday. And praying for the people in the church and singing hymns and eating lots of homemade soup and eating around the table with a big group of girls. AHH I have had an amazing time and I am just so blessed and rocked by each moment of everything!

It was random how we had no water for 12 hours or so, that was VERY interesting but just added to the adventure! I love all the gifts that people have and that I got to be around them all. I love that Robyn has taken time, effort and money to sow into all us girl’s futures!
I loved raiding pinecones from a random’s property, hahaha we were running fast! Awesome! I love how Barbra served SO hard and even, made a special trip to come and fix the holes in my clothes! How honoured was I! I couldn’t believe it for ages!
I loved that we got to sit in Robins little car and went along the cliff sides to the next town! I loved teaching Dana and Libby card games. I loved helping out and being around everyone!

I love that I got to stay with the coolest relatives around, and that they spoiled us so much! What a blessing! I love that it was totally last moment to go to Getsmart and we were both rocked through the whole thing. And still now. I’ll speak for myself here, but I am truly somebody new. I loved playing jinga and making the tower fall over and therefore doing the chicken dance in the middle of the room full of people, really loud!

I love that I love ‘gangster’ music... and that’s OK! WOO! I love that I love food... and that’s OK! I love that I love God... and that’s OK!

One thing that is really important to me is laughing, and having silly jokes and fun times! If we can do that together, that will help our friendship ;) haha

I love that I have learnt so much and God is truly who I am living for.

Ps. I love how it was raining and as I went to run across the road my ring flung off so I turned around and went to look for it. As I spotted it and was leaning forward for it my right foot slipped on a tile and I was bang onto my knee and then hit my finger on the ground and ended up lying on my cheek on the side of my face. For a split moment I was like what the heck I’m on the ground! (I’m laughing so hard writing this out!) I love that Katrina came running back to me laughing her face OFF seriously haha but she guided me into a cove which was away from all the traffic and therefore, no one could ‘point and laugh’, her words! But I loved how she laughed so I laughed and then it didn’t really hurt I was just shocked and then the march continued. Nice Katrina! ;-D

The safe (secret) place

Ezekiel 36: 1-11

People’s safe places have been destroyed by other people/things around them. Because of this those people are hurting deeply inside. God is speaking life back into those safe places, he is restoring them!
Out of your safe places will produce branches of fruit for God’s people who will be coming home so soon (the newly saved!). Your safe place is going to prosper and you will have MUCH more than what you need. MORE than what your safe place provided before it was harmed. “Then you will know that I am the Lord” v11.

God is GOOOOOD!

Don’t lose hope. God is watching, and he burns with “hot anger” against the people/things that have hurt your safe place. God is on your side! Keep pressing in!

Pompoms

Pompoms... the ones cheerleaders use to shake and hype up the people around them. Pompoms have no restrictions! They are free to go crazy all over the show! They have no need to be scared or worried; as they are being held on to by someone who has much more control than they do. They can go crazy without being judged as that is their purpose in life! Called to bring emphasis to the things which they are representing! Woo!

We are like pompoms; free to be who we are called to be! We can move and act with no worries as we are being held in the safest hands ever. God’s hands! There is no shame in his name! We cannot fall when his hands are holding us/lifting us up! Even if you feel like a pompom in the way of being flung everywhere with no purpose, that is not true! God holding you is boosting you in all the right directions! He knows all the right moves and grooves to lead you along the right tracks to make the most out of all the skills and abilities he has gifted you with! Look to him, you will see it too! In letting ourselves go for the glory of God and his kingdom we allow others to go crazy too! It may not be easy, but it is sooo GOOD! Keep your eyes fixed on Jesus and everything else will fade away. The thoughts of others won’t bring you down any longer! Are we not living to bring glory to God and his goodness?
Be yourself! You are the BEST at that! Nothing beats the fearfully and wonderfully made unique individual that you have been made as! Woop woop!

Bring on the crazy good times that we are called to have! Full of encouragement to the people around us... even the randoms which we pass in the streets! Yay! Ya never know who is watching and what affects your actions are having on those observers! Unleashing the unique awesome person you ARE brings OH so much joy! Bring the joy and crazy times on!... FUNTIMES!!!

Romans 1:12
